Contact requests
If you use the contact form, we store your reply email, topic, message, optional order reference and a request reference to handle your enquiry. Messages are stored privately and can be read only by the site operator through authenticated administration tools. We do not publish them or use them for advertising. Requests are kept for the support period, normally 180 days. Expired contact records are cleared when another valid contact request is processed. Records may be retained longer to handle a dispute or legal obligation. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or private game access codes.
Purchase and access records
We process your organisation name, billing country, purchased games, number of licences, price, order reference, payment status and billing email to perform the purchase contract, provide support and prevent misuse. Stripe processes billing details and payment information; we do not store full card details. We store a hashed representation of access codes and browser-access tokens. Payment events are verified before access is granted. Refunds and disputes can revoke access.
Game progress
Your host’s browser stores the team nickname, fixed game choices, hints, progress and elapsed time. This local save is not synchronised to our server. Spoken contributions are not recorded. Avoid personal or confidential information in nicknames. You can delete a saved game from the session menu or clear browser storage.
Essential browser storage and security
An essential HttpOnly cookie keeps your purchase open in the browser for up to 30 days. It is used to provide the access you request, not for advertising. Use “Close access on this browser” to remove it. For abuse prevention, we temporarily store a one-way, time-limited representation of your IP address with request counts. Hosting and payment providers may keep security logs under their own policies. There are no advertising trackers or session-replay tools on this site.
Providers and international processing
The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and database services, and Stripe for payments and invoices. Fonts are served directly by this website; viewing a page does not request them from Google. Retention
Access records are kept for the licence and support period. Purchase and accounting records are retained for applicable legal requirements, normally ten years for accounting documents in France. Uncompleted checkout records may be retained for up to 30 days for troubleshooting; expired access tokens and short-lived abuse counters are periodically deleted. Local game progress remains in your browser until you delete it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. Contract and legal-obligation records cannot always be deleted immediately. Contact us with enough information to identify your purchase; never send card details. You can complain to the French supervisory authority at cnil.fr. We do not use game choices for automated employment decisions or personal scoring.
