VERSION 16 SEPTEMBER 2026
Business terms
and your game licence.
1. TeamClueLab
These terms cover TeamClueLab digital team games. For a question about the service, a purchase or a refund, use our contact form. Seller details are included on the purchase invoice.
2. Business purchases and the service
Online purchases are offered to organisations and people acting in a professional capacity, with a billing address in France. Do not order through this checkout as a consumer. If the billing address entered at Stripe checkout is outside France, we refund the payment and do not issue game access. All games are in English. You receive digital browser-based game content, host instructions and debrief prompts. There is no live facilitator, physical product, employee assessment or guarantee of workplace-performance improvement.
3. Your licence
A single-game licence permits one live session of that game with one team of up to six participants. A collection licence permits one live session of each of the four games with that team. The host may review and practise privately before the session. For parallel teams, purchase one licence per team. Access is provided for at least 12 months from confirmed payment. Keep access codes within the licensed host group.
You may print the included host guide for internal preparation and retain your session summary. You may not redistribute game content, resell licences, provide paid facilitation to third parties using these licences, publish answers, or publicly stream a game. Contact us for an agency or broader organisational licence.
4. Price, order and payment
The single game costs €39 per team licence; the four-game collection costs €119 per team licence. The total is shown before Stripe checkout. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French Tax Code. The displayed amounts are the final amounts payable for eligible French business orders. Payment is due in full at purchase; there is no subscription, deferred payment agreement or early-payment discount. You can correct your selection before payment. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and the order is accepted by our service.
5. Delivery and access
After confirmed payment, your purchase opens at the access page. Download the private access card. The same recovery code appears on the Stripe invoice sent to your billing email. Some payment methods settle later; an unconfirmed or failed payment does not unlock a game. Contact us if you cannot retrieve your purchase. Session progress is stored in the browser used to play and does not transfer automatically between devices. Keep the access card separate from session-progress saves.
6. Technical requirements and participation
Use an up-to-date desktop browser, an internet connection and, for remote play, your usual video-call service with screen sharing. One host operates the game. There are no separate synchronised player screens. Allow additional time for setup and debrief; durations are planning estimates. Participants may pass or observe. Do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information into team nicknames.
7. Our 14-day refund promise
If the game is not right for your team, submit a request through our contact form within 14 calendar days of payment, quoting your order reference. We will refund the purchase in full through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the request. No explanation is required. Refunds revoke future access to the refunded order. If a technical fault prevents delivery, contact us for a fix or refund. This contractual promise does not limit mandatory rights.
8. Support and responsibility
We are responsible for supplying the described content and access. We cannot control your internet connection, conferencing tools or each participant’s experience. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or intentional misconduct. If we discontinue a purchased game within the guaranteed access period, we will provide an equivalent usable copy or refund the affected licence.
9. Disputes and law
Contact us first so that we can seek an amicable solution. French law governs these business terms, subject to applicable mandatory law. Any dispute is brought before the courts competent under applicable procedural rules. No advance-payment discount is offered. For any overdue business amount legally due, statutory commercial late-payment interest and the €40 recovery-cost indemnity apply where required by law; ordinary checkout orders are prepaid.
10. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains payment records, access cookies, browser progress and your rights.
